ESD High Temperature Mat Kit, 18 x 30 x 0.08, Blue, with Wrist Strap & Grounding Cord

Bertech offers an ESD Anti-Static, High-Temperature Mat that provides excellent resistance to oils, grease, and most common solvents, as well as hot solders and soldering irons. The mat is 0.080 inches thick and consists of two layers - a blue static dissipative rubber layer on top, laminated to a black conductive rubber bottom layer. The surface is specially embossed to reduce light glare and prevent parts from slipping. The mat comes in kits that include the mat itself, an ESD fabric adjustable wrist strap, and a grounding cord.

Designed for electronic assembly, this workstation pad is durable and offers protection against various substances. It is made from ESD-safe 2-ply rubber material, with a conductive layer supporting the static dissipative top layer for exceptional electrical performance characteristics. The mat is suitable for use in aviation, electronic assembly, soldering in high-temperature settings, space technology, aerospace, defense, and data centers.

The mat is 0.080 inches thick, with a tensile strength of 1000 psi. The charge decay time is less than 0.01 seconds, with a surface to ground point resistance of 8×10e6-8 and a resistance between two points on the surface of 2×10e6-8.
