Installing a workstation is a simple process that can be done following these steps:

1. Lay the table mat flat on the workbench.
2. Connect the common point ground cord to the table mat by snapping it to the left or right snap.
3. Connect the wrist strap to the common point ground cord by plugging the banana plug into one of the ground cord's banana jacks.
4. Snap the wrist band to the coil cord. Remember, the operator should wear the wrist band on bare skin for best results.
5. Connect the common point ground cord to the ground. This can be easily done by removing the center AC outlet plate cover screw and placing the screw through the eyelets from both ground cords. Ensure the wires do not obstruct the outlet by moving them to the left and right sides of the screw. The Anti Static bracelet has a 1 MΩ resistor built in.

The process of removing static electricity involves using a link wire with a resistance value between 1 MΩ and 1000 MΩ. The resistance value of the wrist strap should fall within this range to effectively eliminate static electricity from the human body. Note that direct connection with a wire will not remove static electricity.
